Caliche awarded as "Best Startup" by Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas (MoPNG), GoI

At India Energy Week 2023, Caliche was adjudged the best startup and was awarded by Hon’ble Union Minister for Petroleum and Natural Gas, Govt. of India, Shri Hardeep Singh Puri in Bangalore. Later MoPNG and PSUs also put out a tweet sharing the same.

Caliche is delighted to have this accolade and strives to continue bringing value to the industry.

Caliche showcases its sustainable technology suite for the mining industry at the 1st Mining Startup Summit

Caliche was invited to shocase at the 1st Mining Startup Summit at IIT Bombay, organised by the Ministry of Mines, Government of India. This landmark event brought together industry leaders, innovative startups, and government officials, creating an incredible platform for collaboration and knowledge exchange.

Caliche Signs MoU with IN-SPACe, Department of Space

IN-SPACe (Department of Space) and Caliche have signed an MoU. This MoU explores the possibility of extending the application of Industrial Biotechnology to the space sector. This marks the beginning of a new journey. A journey that gives a biotech angle to India’s space endeavors. This is possibly the first such MoU signed by IN-SPACe in the space-biotech domain and we intend to create a global benchmark in space-biotechnology.

We at Caliche have long focused on capacity building and have been leading the development of such long-term technologies. This is a validation of our silent grind of over four years. However significant this milestone is, there is more to Caliche.

Caliche now has a portfolio of technologies from the subsurface to outer space.
